Body Scrubs/ Exfoliaters

Mediterranean Delight


Sea Salt

Olive Oil

Combine 1 cup of Sea Salt with enough Olive Oil to just cover the top of the Salt. Add a few drops of lemon essential oil. (optional)

Apply to body with hands and work in small circular motions towards the heart. 


Summer on the Beach


Canned coconut milk Honey

Warm half a cup of cocnut milk in the microwave until runny, about 30 seconds. Mix in two tablespoons of honey.

Massage into the skin and rinse off after about 10 minutes.

Pawpaw Magic


One Pawpaw One well beaten egg white

Mix and apply. Rinse when the mask is almost dry to the touch.

Mix two tablespoons of honey with two tablespoons of plain yogurt. Leave to dry for about 20 minutes.

Cool as a Cucumber



Grate or blend a cucumber.

Apply this over the face, eyes and neck for 15 to 20 minutes. It is a great tonic for the facial skin. Regular use prevents pimples, blackheads, wrinkles, and dry skin.

Wrinkle Free with Vitamin E

One egg yolk Vitamin E capsule

Snip off one end of the capsule with scissors and squeeze the oil carefully into the egg yolk.

Apply and rinse off after fifteen minutes.

Strawberry Surprise

Strawberries Banana

Mash banana and strawberries together, apply to the face and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse off. 


Lemon juice Dilute with water and spray over the face to tone pores. Leave on. Used regularly it evens pigmentation and prevents pimples.

Cloves Allow to steep in mineral water and applied via an atomizer helps rashes and calms the skin.

Honey Shine


Banana Honey

Mash a banana, add 1 tablespoon of honey and mix. Wet hair with lukewarm water. Apply the banana honey mix all over the hair. Put a shower cap on and cover with a towel. Leave on for an hour and then rinse out.

Sticky Sweet


Honey Olive Oil

Mix half cup of honey with 1/4 cup of olive oil. Using a small amount at a time, work the mixture through hair until it is coated all over. Cover hair with a shower cap and leave it on for 30 minutes. Shampoo well and rinse.

Island Getaway


Avocado Coconut milk

Mash avocado and slowly add coconut milk until smooth and the consistency of hair conditioner. Work through hair to ends. Rinse after 15 minutes and shampoo.

Cleopatra Milk Bath

Dried milk (non-fat for oily skin) One handful dried herbs of choice: Chamomile, Clary sage, lavender Boiling water

Combine herbs in small bowl. Add 3 cups of boiling water and cover. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and add to bath water. Add 1 cup of powdered milk. Hop in and enjoy!

Aloe makes a great shaving gel. Buy a plant, break open a leaf and voila! Also great for healing cuts.

Shea or Cocoa Butter beautiful as a lip gloss. If it is too thick rub it between your fingers to soften it.
