Body Scrubs/ Exfoliators
Combine 1 cup of Sea Salt with enough Olive Oil to just cover the top of the Salt. Add a few drops of lemon essential oil. (optional)

Canned coconut milk Honey
Warm half a cup of coconut milk in the microwave until runny, about 30 seconds. Mix in two tablespoons of honey.
Massage into the skin and rinse off after about 10 minutes.

Mix and apply. Rinse when the mask is almost dry to the touch.

Dried milk (non-fat for oily skin) One handful dried herbs of choice: Chamomile, Clary sage, lavender Boiling water
Combine herbs in a small bowl. Add 3 cups of boiling water and cover. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and add to bath water. Add 1 cup of powdered milk. Hop in and enjoy!
